Bringing Efficiencies to the Vendor Due-Diligence Process

Any number of departments and external counsel working together for a two week timeframe
Industry Leader
Working to an agreed workflow capturing key processes and controls against a set of prescribed standards and requirements
Our Solution
We leveraged the experience and talent of our Advanced Project Management and Digital Technologies divisions to produce a bespoke solution for our client. Using HighQ Collaborate software, we created a due-diligence workflow that judged the vendors’ key processes and controls against a set of prescribed standards and requirements. Our internal legal teams liaised with our client throughout, which avoided the possibility of surprise at any of the conclusions. This ongoing communication also allowed the focus of the due diligence to be fine-tuned to incorporate material findings.
You're looking for someone with a certain expertise and you want a lawyer who can hit the ground running. It's much, much easier and quicker to go to an organisation like McCann FitzGerald that has a pool of potential candidates.
The Results
Our due-diligence solution helped our client to determine the most appropriate vendor – a provider that was the best cultural fit and able to meet their present and future requirements. Our client also retained the tools to assess the viability of their outsourced relationships down the line.
