Revised Public Procurement Thresholds 2020
Public sector and utilities purchasers should take note of the new financial thresholds in public procurement, which will take effect on 1 January 2020. These thresholds will be in force for two years, and will determine whether the more onerous EU-based procurement rules will apply to a contract.
