To ensure that we have the right structures in place to support the achievement of our goals we are currently recruiting for a new and exciting role of Corporate Communications and Digital Content Executive.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, detail-oriented professional to build a career in communications and marketing within a fast-paced, international law firm.
The successful candidate will support the firm’s corporate communications strategy, with a strong focus on creating engaging digital content across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Content & Publishing
- Plan, write, edit, and publish high-quality non-legal content for the firm’s website, intranet, newsletters, social media, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with lawyers via the Knowledge team to publish legal thought leadership content.
- Maintain an editorial calendar to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.
Thought Leadership & Client Materials
- Work with the Knowledge team to repurpose thought leadership content, translating complex legal concepts into clear, accessible material for relevant audiences.
- Distribute relevant firm content to membership bodies for inclusion in their newsletters to broaden reach.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with lawyers, marketing, and subject-matter experts to produce accurate, timely, and impactful content.
- Work closely with HR, IT, and other business services teams to gather information to develop consistent internal messaging, capturing the needs of all internal stakeholders and audiences.
Email Marketing & Newsletters
- Design, build, and deploy internal and client-facing newsletters, ensuring visual appeal, mobile responsiveness, and brand consistency.
- Strategically integrate key announcements and updates across all email platforms to deliver a clear, cohesive, and trackable communication experience.
Media and Advertising
- Draft press releases, sponsored articles, advertorials, and social copy for paid and earned media channels.
- Liaise with PR agency and third-party publications and negotiate paid placements.
- Identify advertising opportunities across relevant print and digital media, recommend appropriate channels, and manage budgets.
- Coordinate creative assets and ads with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand alignment and ROI.
Internal & Corporate Communications
- Develop and execute internal and corporate communications strategies that align with the firm’s business objectives and priority areas of focus
- Create high-quality, engaging content for internal channels (intranet, newsletters, announcements) and corporate platforms.
- Draft and refine strategic messaging for key initiatives, organisational updates, and leadership communications.
- Plan and manage communication campaigns that promote firm culture, DEI, and CSR priorities.
- Ensure consistency of tone, brand voice, and clarity across all internal and corporate communications.
Social Media & Campaign Support
- Develop and C-ordinate campaign content assets and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
SEO & Digital Optimisation
- Apply SEO best practices to maximise visibility and engagement.
- Optimise content for accessibility and performance.
Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Track and report on content and campaign performance.
- Use insights to refine future communications.
Digital Asset Management
- Organise and maintain a library of communication assets (photos, videos, templates) as required.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or related field.
Experience
- 2 years+ in communications or content creation, ideally within professional services.
- Writing: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong proofreading and copy editing ability.
- Digital Skills: Familiarity with CMS, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
- Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; basic design/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) desirable.
- Attributes: Highly organised, proactive, collaborative, can- do attitude and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
