IBA Banking Law Committee Survey: COVID-19 Emergency Measures
McCann FitzGerald was delighted to contribute the Ireland section to the International Bar Association Banking Law Committee survey on COVID-19 emergency measures to financially support private companies and consumers, mitigate the impact of the outbreak on financial contracts and payment obligations and avoid systemic insolvencies.
The IBA survey sets out a comparative description of measures in a selection of jurisdictions from Africa, Asia, Europe, North and South America, jointly representing a material part of the global economy. Download a copy of the survey below.
