Conor Sheridan

Conor is a senior associate in the Disputes Department and his practice primarily focuses on real estate and commercial landlord and tenant disputes. Conor has also represented clients involved in a range of other complex commercial disputes, to include procurement litigation, financial mis-selling claims and proceedings listed in the Competition division of the High Court. Conor’s experience extends to multiple levels, ranging from the District Court, Circuit Court, the High Court (notably the Commercial Court) and to the Court of Appeal. Conor has significant litigation experience, to include preparation for trial, conducting large scale discovery reviews and advising clients in respect of alternative methods of dispute resolution.  Conor’s litigation experience is complemented by his experience gained during his time working as a legal secondee in a large-scale financial institution, where he worked as part of an in-house legal team in providing strategic advice to that organisation.
