Ian is a Senior Associate in the Tax Group. He advises on all aspects of corporate tax with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, group reorganisations and tax structuring for inbound and outbound investments. Ian also advises on tax issues arising in Irish real estate transactions, employment tax issues and stamp duty.
Ian also works in our Betting and Gaming Group, advising on regulatory and tax issues in the betting and gaming sector.
He is a qualified solicitor and Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA).
