Joanne Conlon

Joanne is a Senior Knowledge Lawyer, specialising in corporate law.  She has worked with McCann FitzGerald’s corporate group since 2026, providing support and advice in relation to a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.  Before joining McCann FitzGerald, she spent over 10 years as a senior in-house legal advisor to an Irish statutory body, where she advised on legal and governance matters, all aspects of its statutory mandate and its investment activities. Joanne was previously also a Partner in another Dublin law firm, where she advised on M&A transactions, shareholders’ agreements, company law issues and corporate governance.
