Nathan Walsh

Nathan is a Senior Associate in our Disputes group, advising statutory bodies and local authorities in relation to the regulatory framework for all types of infrastructure projects, and acting in the defence of complex judicial review challenges to major infrastructure projects before the Planning & Environment Court.  Nathan also advises in relation to commercial rates disputes and acts for a range of clients in complex appeals to the Valuation Tribunal.
