Patrick is a Senior Associate in our Real Estate Group, based in our New York office.
He advises on a wide range of Irish real estate transactions, including the acquisition and disposal of commercial properties, commercial property portfolios, residential developments, lettings, private rented sector (PRS) transactions and real estate finance matters.
Patrick has particular experience in bespoke forward-sale structures and complex development land acquisitions. He advises a diverse client base, including property developers, Irish and international private equity funds and investors, and family offices.
