Philipp specialises in commercial litigation and, in particular, intellectual property disputes. A strong focus of his work is patent disputes, particularly in the life sciences sector and he acts in complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes. He also acts in trade mark, copyright and design rights disputes across a full range of sectors, including fashion and luxury products, technology and software, and professional services. Additionally, Philipp’s experience also covers a range of other areas, including regulatory, commercial and contractual, and product liability matters.
