Saibh Hurley

Saibh is a Senior Associate in the Investment Management Group. Saibh advises various global fund promoters, asset managers and management companies in connection with their Irish authorised fund activities, including the structuring and establishment of both AIFs and UCITS across a range of legal structures. Saibh is also involved in the provision of ongoing legal and regulatory advice to these structures, including in relation to the implementation of the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation and other ESG-related matters. Saibh is a member of the Irish Funds’ ESG Compliance Specialist Group.
