Seán advises prominent Irish and international financial institutions, non-bank lenders, corporates and sponsors on a wide range of corporate lending and financings, including real estate finance, development and digital infrastructure finance, project finance, corporate finance and loan-on-loan finance, as well as structured finance, securitisation and corporate bonds. He has a particular focus on real estate and development financings.
Prior to joining McCann FitzGerald LLP, Seán spent a number of years in the debt finance department of an international law firm in London, where he advised on a broad array of British and pan-European financings.
