Shane O'Doherty

Shane is an experienced litigator who advises clients, directly and through their respective insurers, across a range of disputes with a particular focus on the defence of personal injuries and product liability claims. He has developed specific expertise in handling complex clinical negligence and multi-party product liability claims while he also advises clients in a healthcare setting on regulatory complaints before the Medical Council and at Inquests.
