Examinership Re-Examined: A Guide to the Preventative Restructuring Regulations 2022
Changes have been made to the Irish examinership process by the European Union (Preventive Restructuring) Regulations 2022, which were signed by the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment on 27 July 2022.
The Regulations provide for the transposition of the Preventive Restructuring Directive into Irish law. A number of amendments have been made to our existing examinership process to integrate the requirements of the Directive. In this webinar, Michael Murphy provided an overview of our examinership process and highlighted the key changes.
