McCann FitzGerald’s Catherine Deane and Deirdre Barnicle win at European Women in Business Law Awards

Catherine has developed a specialisation in aircraft transactions and acts for leading aircraft lessors, lenders and arrangers on all aspects of aircraft financing and leasing. Catherine’s expertise lies in secured lending, ABS transactions, portfolio acquisitions and disposals, cross-border leasing transactions and establishing complex financing structures and operations in Ireland.

Deirdre leads the firm’s Tax Compliance Services Group. Deirdre advises across all areas of tax including the taxation of financial services transactions, capital markets, financial products, banking, reorganisations, restructurings, migrations, real estate transactions and other international and domestic tax matters. Deirdre leads the firm’s service to domestic and international clients for Irish tax compliance obligations across all direct and indirect tax heads.
