McCann FitzGerald advises ElectroRoute on its agreement with Microsoft
We advised ElectroRoute on its agreement with Microsoft to provide energy trading services.
It was announced that Microsoft Corp. invested in a new wind energy agreement in Ireland and ElectroRoute's involvement was announced as part of the deal. The agreement is a 15-year power purchase agreement with GE which will see the purchase of 100 percent of the wind energy from its new, 37-megawatt Tullahennal wind farm in County Kerry, Ireland. ElectroRoute, majority owned by Mitsubishi Corporation, is an dynamic energy trading and services company headquartered in Dublin, Ireland. It was established in 2011 and the company currently employs over 40 energy professionals.
