McCann FitzGerald LLP Advises Greencoat Renewables on its €281.5 Million Placing

The placing is the final tranche of a 12 month share issuance programme for up to 400 million new ordinary shares. The proceeds will be used to provide the company with the flexibility to execute on assets under exclusivity and meet obligations under committed forward sale investments.

McCann FitzGerald previously advised Greencoat on its initial public offering and subsequent share placings, its entry into a revolving credit facility and its acquisitions of Irish wind farms.
