McCann FitzGerald advises Mainstay Medical on its €30 million share placing

We advised Mainstay Medical International plc in connection with its €30 million share placing. The new shares were issued to selected institutional investors in Europe and in North America and a small number of individual investors in Europe.

Mainstay Medical is an Irish medical device company headquartered in Dublin with operations in the United States, Germany and Australia. Its ordinary shares are listed on the Enterprise Securities Market of the Irish Stock Exchange and Euronext Paris.
