McCann FitzGerald Advises Outsourcing Inc. on its Acquisition of Cpl Resources
McCann FitzGerald is very pleased to be advising Outsourcing Inc., a leading human resources provider headquartered in Japan, on its proposed acquisition of Cpl Resources plc, the Irish incorporated, global provider of talent and workforce solutions, listed on Euronext Growth and AIM.
The transaction is to be effected by scheme of arrangement under Irish law and values Cpl at approximately €318 million.
