McCann FitzGerald advises Schibsted Media Group on online classifieds venture with Distilled Media

We advised Schibsted Media Group, an international media group listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange, in connection with the establishment of an on online classifieds joint venture with Irish online media company, Distilled Media. The new company, Digital Media Ventures Limited, will have a leading position in the generalist, cars and real estate segments in Ireland by combining the DoneDeal.ie, Daft.ie and Adverts.ie sites.
