McCann FitzGerald advises Vista on its investment in Trintech

We acted for Vista Equity Partners, a U.S.-based private equity firm, on its recent majority investment in Trintech, the leading global provider of integrated Record-to-Report software solutions for the office of finance. The investment will enable Trintech to expand its customer base in the market for financial management applications. As part of the transaction, Trintech’s existing investor Spectrum Equity also made a minority investment alongside Vista.
