McCann FitzGerald appoints Barry Devereux as Chairman

McCann FitzGerald is delighted to announce that Barry Devereux will become the next Chairman of the firm on 1 May, 2015.

Mr. Devereux is currently the head of the firm's Corporate Finance Group. He has particular expertise in M&A and corporate finance transactions, including extensive experience of Irish privatisations. Barry has wide-ranging domestic and international transactional experience, gained over 25 years in Dublin, London and Singapore.

Mr. Devereux succeeds Mr. Cronin, who has led the firm successfully since May 2008 and who will return to full-time client work.
