Pepper Advantage, which was acquired by J.C. Flowers & Co. in 2024, is a leading international credit management and technology company with growing operations across Ireland, Spain and the UK.
This transaction (which is subject to regulatory approvals) will include Dilosk's ICS Mortgages, marking Pepper's return to providing Irish home loans.
