McCann FitzGerald LLP advises AIP Capital in connection with a $300 million senior secured warehouse credit facility
In conjunction with the team at Vedder Price, we are very pleased to have advised AIP Capital and Phoenix Aviation Capital on the closing of a $300 million senior secured warehouse credit facility.
The facility will be used to refinance seven aircraft owned by Phoenix Aviation Capital (a full-service aircraft lessor managed by AIP Capital) and to finance future aircraft acquisitions. Royal Bank of Canada, Citibank and Morgan Stanley acted as joint lead arrangers.
