This acquisition marks BWG Group’s entry into the Quick Service Restaurant sector, adding over 70 locations nationwide and strengthening its presence across the foodservice market.

We are pleased to have advised BWG Group on its acquisition of Abrakebabra, O’Brien’s Café and Bagel Factory. BWG is one of Ireland’s leading food retail and wholesale companies, with SPAR, Londis and MACE already part of its brand portfolio.
