McCann FitzGerald LLP advises Fineco Asset Management on the establishment and launch of one of Ireland’s first liquid, retail ELTIFs
Morgan Dunne and Michael Holland were delighted to have advised Fineco Asset Management on the authorisation of its Retail Investor AIF platform, namely the Fineco AM Private Solutions ICAV, and the approval by the Central Bank of Ireland of its initial sub-fund, a liquid, retail ELTIF, namely the Fineco AM ELTIF Private Equity Fund. This marks the authorisation by the Central Bank of Ireland of one of the first liquid, retails ELTIFs in Ireland.
