McCann FitzGerald LLP advises Greencoat Renewables on its entry into a strategic Framework Agreement with FuturEnergy Ireland
We were delighted to advise Greencoat Renewables plc on its entry into a landmark long-term strategic Framework Agreement with FuturEnergy Ireland.
The Agreement provides Greencoat with access to a pipeline of renewable projects, under a forward-purchase arrangement, bringing together two industry leaders in the Irish renewable energy sector.
