McCann FitzGerald LLP Advises JP Morgan on Acquisition of Global Shares

McCann FitzGerald LLP is pleased to be advising J.P. Morgan on its proposed acquisition of Global Shares, a leading cloud-based provider of share plan management software. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2022.
