McCann FitzGerald LLP advises Navicorp Limited on the sale of a majority stake to Hygie31
We are pleased to have acted for the shareholders of Navicorp Limited on the sale of a majority stake to French healthcare company Hygie31.
Navi is the leading independent pharmacy services platform in Ireland and has a network of over 100 independent pharmacies through its franchise management services.
Hygie31, a major European healthcare group affiliated with over 3,900 independent pharmacies with a combined turnover of €5bn, plans to further expand Navi under the strategic partnership.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
