McCann FitzGerald LLP advises Ronan Group Real Estate on its joint venture with Drogheda Port Company for a new deepwater port at Bremore
We were delighted to advise Ronan Group Real Estate on its entry into a joint venture agreement with Drogheda Port Company in connection with the development of a new deepwater port at Bremore, Co. Meath – the first since the foundation of the State.
The consultation process for Bremore Ireland Port commenced last week and the initial focus of the joint venture will be on the offshore wind sector. Bremore Ireland Port has the potential to positively impact on energy security and the creation of jobs and housing. We were thrilled to advise Ronan Group Real Estate on this important mandate.
