McCann FitzGerald LLP advises Zurich on RedClick acquisition

We are delighted to have advised Zurich Insurance Europe AG on its agreement to acquire Generali's non-life general insurance business in Ireland, which trades as RedClick, for €337 million.

The acquisition of RedClick reflects Zurich’s long-term commitment to the Irish insurance market and will further strengthen Zurich’s position in the market.

The acquisition, which is subject to regulatory approval, is expected to close by the end of 2026 or early 2027.
