McCann FitzGerald LLP appoints Sarah McCague as Partner, Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group
We are pleased to announce that Sarah McCague has been appointed as Partner in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group, effective 5 October 2026.

Sarah joins the Pensions & Incentives practice in the firm, bringing extensive experience advising trustees, employers and other stakeholders across the public and private sectors on complex regulatory and governance matters. Her expertise spans scheme governance, compliance, restructuring and liability management, as well as employee benefits issues arising in corporate transactions. A past Chair of the Association of Pensions Lawyers in Ireland, Sarah is a recognised leader in the field and a regular speaker on pensions and charity law.
