McCann FitzGerald LLP appoints Stuart McCarron as new Head of Debt Finance Group
Leading Irish law firm McCann FitzGerald LLP announces the appointment of Stuart McCarron as the new Head of its Debt Finance Group. Stuart succeeds Niall Powderly, who previously led the Group has now retired.
In his new role, Stuart will focus on the continued expansion of the Group in line with the pace of change within the debt finance world and the continuous challenges and opportunities this presents.
Stuart, a Partner with the firm, is a distinguished legal professional with over 20 years of experience in financing transactions across a range of industries. His clients include domestic and international financial institutions and direct lenders, and he also advises private equity funds, PLCs, regulated funds and large corporates. Stuart regularly leads leveraged and acquisition financings, real estate and developments and syndicated lending transactions.
