We advised Greenhill & Co International LLP, HSBC Bank PLC, Goodbody Stockbrokers UC, Jefferies International Limited and Cooperative Rabobank U.A. in their roles as Joint Sponsors, Joint Global Co-ordinators, Joint Bookrunners and Underwriters in connection with Greencore Group plc’s fully underwritten rights issue which raised a total of £439.4 million. The rights issue partly funded the Class I acquisition by Greencore Group plc of Peacock Foods for total consideration calculated by reference to an enterprise value of $747.5 million on a cash free and debt free basis.
