Christopher McCann

Christopher acts primarily in commercial disputes. Christopher has experience of acting in complex disputes with cross-border elements, defamation disputes and statutory investigations. He has also acted and advised clients appearing before Tribunals of Inquiry. In his work prior to rejoining McCann FitzGerald LLP in 2024, Christopher acted and advised primarily in the areas of administrative and public law, including judicial review proceedings, and in proceedings before an international court.
