Jack O'Reilly

Jack is a senior associate in the Corporate Group and advises on a range of corporate matters, including equity capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, venture capital investments, governance and general corporate advisory matters. Jack has advised on a range of equity capital market transactions for issuers and investment banks and has acted for leading Irish and international clients on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions and has advised companies and investors through fundraising and investment transactions.
