McCann FitzGerald LLP advises HashKey on its IPO and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
We were delighted to have advised HashKey Holdings Limited (“HashKey”) in connection with its initial public offering and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The gross proceeds from the offering amounted to approximately HK$ 1.6 billion (before giving effect to the exercise of any over-allotment option) and HashKey was admitted to trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 17 December 2025. McCann FitzGerald LLP acted as Irish legal counsel to HashKey during the transaction.
HashKey is a leading digital asset company in Asia providing transaction facilitation services, on-chain services and asset management services with a subsidiary based in Ireland.
McCann FitzGerald has substantial experience advising companies through their IPO’s in Ireland and assisting companies with Irish operations with the Irish aspects of their IPO processes in other jurisdictions.
