Padraig advises developers, contractors, lenders, public bodies and consultants on contentious and non-contentious construction matters. He is experienced using the RIAI, FIDIC, JCT and other bespoke forms of contract in the commercial real estate, residential development, data centre, pharmaceutical, process facilities, fire protection and health care sectors. He has also acted in conciliation, adjudication, mediation and arbitration disputes, as well as disputes brought before the Superior Courts.
