Riccardo Savona Siemens

Riccardo is a senior associate in the Corporate Group and advises both domestic and international clients across the full spectrum of corporate transactional work (including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity/equity-like investments in private equity and venture capital funds, and corporate reorganisations). In particular, Riccardo has significant experience in the structuring and establishment of joint ventures and related co-investment platforms, including for the purposes of investment into real estate and infrastructure assets. Riccardo has spent time working in our New York office.
