Ruairi O'Donnell

Ruairí has significant experience working across a broad range of commercial property matters including the purchase and sale of development, commercial and residential properties. Ruairí also has experience working on lease transactions, forward sale arrangements, residential/PRS schemes, and advising on property matters in M&A transactions and financing transactions (both the lender and borrower perspectives). He advises a diverse range of clients including private equity funds/investors, financial institutions, nursing home providers and state bodies.
