McCann FitzGerald LLP advises Land Development Agency on acquisition of major greenfield sites in Kildare and Dublin
We are pleased to have advised The Land Development Agency on its acquisition of two large development land-banks at Lissenhall in North Dublin and Celbridge in County Kildare.
These lands have capacity to deliver exciting new neighbourhoods providing up to 7,000 new homes and commercial areas, together with transport links (including the MetroLink), parks and other community amenities.
