Tim McGuinness

Tim specialises in corporate law with a particular focus on mergers & acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions. He regularly advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, guiding buyers and sellers through every stage of the deal process. Tim's work also encompasses on private equity, where he acts for sponsors, founders and investors across a range of investment structures and funding rounds. Tim also has considerable experience advising on joint ventures, helping clients to establish and structure collaborative arrangements, as well as advising on corporate restructurings and reorganisations.
