McCann FitzGerald LLP advises Waterland Private Equity on its partnership with Industrial Insulation Specialists and Secon Construction Services
We are pleased to be advising Waterland Private Equity on its partnership with Industrial Insulation Specialists Ltd (IIS) and Secon Construction Services Ltd (Secon).
This partnership will establish Ireland’s largest specialist industrial insulation and cladding services provider for infrastructure sectors. Headquartered in Cork, IIS and Secon are two of the country’s leading specialists in the fabrication and installation of industrial insulation and cladding solutions.
The deal is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
