McCann FitzGerald in association with The American Lawyer hosted a round table discussion in New York with a small number of leading US law firms on current trends in global M&A. Participants included lawyers from Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, Kirkland & Ellis LLP, Shearman & Sterling LLP, Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. The findings were published in the January edition of The American Lawyer.
