Carbon Revolution business combination with Twin Ridge Capital Acquisition Corp

McCann FitzGerald LLP is pleased to be partnering with Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Ashurst in advising Twin Ridge Capital Acquisition Corp., an NYSE-listed, special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), on its proposed business combination with Carbon Revolution Limited, an ASX-listed, leading global manufacturer of lightweight advanced technology carbon fiber wheels, that is expected to result in Carbon Revolution migrating to Ireland and becoming publicly listed in the U.S.
