McCann FitzGerald advises Element Power in relation to investment in its Greenwire Project by General Electric

We advised Element Power in relation to an investment by General Electric for a one-third stake in Element Power’s Greenwire Project. The investment in Greenwire, which plans to build up to 40 wind farms across the midlands, will see GE investing a combination of equity and loans, as well as providing turbines to the Greenwire wind farms.
