McCann FitzGerald advises Exponent PE backed waste management group Enva

We are advising Exponent PE backed waste management group, Enva (previously DCC Environmental), on its proposed acquisition of Rilta and ClearCircle, the Ireland and Northern Ireland hazardous waste management group. The agreement is subject to mergers clearance from the CCPC. The deal marks Enva’s second acquisition of the year following its acquisition of Blue Sky Plastic Recycling in January 2018.
