McCann FitzGerald advises Greencoat in Acquisition of a 48.3MW Site in County Cork
We advised Greencoat Renewables (Greencoat) on its acquisition of a 48.3MW site in Ballybane, County Cork. Greencoat has purchased the wind farm from an independent local developer for a total of €61.3 million and consists of 21 turbines that benefit from Ireland's REFIT regime.
McCann FitzGerald has recently advised Greencoat on its acquisition of Knocknalour Wind Farm, Lisdowney Wind Farm and Dromada More Wind Farm. We also advised on its 2017 IPO and subsequent €111 million share placing.
