McCann FitzGerald Advises on $1.44 Billion Refinancing of Total Produce
In conjunction with Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP, we advised the lenders on the $1.44 billion refinancing of Dublin-based Total Produce plc (“Total Produce”), ahead of its planned merger with Dole Food Company, Inc (“Dole”).
The facilities comprise a $500 million five-year committed multi-currency senior secured revolving credit facility and a $940 million seven-year senior secured term loan facility with Bank of America N.A., as administrative agent. The proceeds of the facilities will be used to, amongst other things, refinance certain of the existing Total Produce and Dole debt facilities.
