McCann FitzGerald advises OPKO Health Group on its acquisition of EirGen Pharma for $135million

We advised OPKO Health Inc., a multinational biopharmaceutical and diagnostics company, on its acquisition of EirGen Pharma Ltd (an Irish incorporated pharmaceutical company). OPKO Ireland Ltd acquired certain shares of EirGen for approximately $100 million in cash and Inc. acquired the remaining shares in exchange for an issue of shares by Inc. (with a value of approximately $35 million).
